Katrina Cunningham

    Katrina Cunningham, APRN, MSN, AGACNP-BC, holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Boston University. Katrina has over nine years of nursing experience in the medical/surgical, critical care, and palliative/hospice setting. Her focus is to help provide the best care and outcomes for her patients.

    Katrina joined Plymouth Carver Primary Care in 2024. Originally from Michigan, Katrina enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and her pug by the ocean.

Kaleigh Barker
  • Kaleigh Barker BS, MPAS, PA-CKaleigh Barker BS, MPAS, PA-C

    Kaleigh Barker BS, MPAS, PA-C, is a certified physician associate who graduated from MCPHS University in Boston with a degree of Masters of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from MCPHS University in Boston. Kaleigh joined Plymouth Carver Primary Care in 2022. Kaleigh is from the Southcoast and loves living by the water. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her two black labs, Boba and Bear.

  • Charles C. Harootunian, D.O.

    Dr. Charles Harootunian, DO is a Family Medicine Specialist in Carver, MA, and has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine medical school in 2001. He is affiliated with the medical facilities Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Plymouth and Charlton Memorial Hospital. He has indicated that he accepts telehealth appointments.     Originally from South Florida, Jenn received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. She then moved to Boston where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University. Jenn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and she has been caring for patients at Plymouth Carver Primary Care since 2014.

  • Mitchell L. Oliver, M.D.
    Dr. Mitchell Oliver has been practicing internal medicine and gastroenterology in Plymouth, MA for more than 23 years with board certification in both specialties. He graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical School and completed a residency in internal medicine at Brown University and gastroenterology
    at University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey
  • Samridhi Chikersal, M.D.

    Dr. Chikersal graduated with honors in 2008 from Government Medical College Amritsar and completed her
    Family Medicine residency from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She now serves as a board-certified primary care physician at Plymouth Carver primary care. She has over 13 years of diverse medical experience. She specializes in conditions ranging from the common cold to managing chronic health conditions including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, and COPD. She also has a big
    heart for women’s health and preventative care.
    “Every patient and their family is different and have their own unique needs. My goal is to design an individual treatment plan to help each and every one of my patients to achieve the best outcome possible. I
    love that I am able to establish long and rewarding relationships with my patients.”
    Outside of the clinic, Dr. Chikersal enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys traveling and hiking.
